Au Gratin Brussels Spouts  gives played out cabbage casserole a much needed upgrade. Combining just a few simple ingredients makes this decedent side dish the star of the show at your next get together. The Brussels are infused with garlic & bacon, simmered in cream, and baked with a touch of fontina cheese. Oh so simple, oh so a-freakin-MAY-zing! Say hello to your new favorite holiday dinner side dish!
